TAYLORMADE TRAINING 4U, in Jacksonville, Florida, was created to offer a dedicated and passionate personal trainer that is here for you 24/7. Through a combination of body sculpting, weight loss, and motivation, my clients achieve the results they strive for. I provide the knowledge required for you to be successful inside and out of the gym. 


Starting Your Fitness Journey

Finding the time in your busy schedule for a fitness training program can be the hardest part of the process. To make managing your time easier, I adjust my day around my clients schedules. Early morning or late evenings, not a problem. We will work together to find a time that works best for you.

The first step to your journey is taking the initiative to seeking out a knowledgeable, dedicated trainer to work with you through your transformation. To begin, we will go through an initial consultation to provide me with the necessary information so  I can determine what will work best for you.  During this time, I will ask why you're interested in starting a fitness program and why should I take you on as a client. At the end of the consultation, you will know exactly what to expect along your journey and will be one step closer to success!

Now our training sessions begin! The first 30 days are a crucial step in the process and together, we will work hard to start your fitness program off strong. During our initial consultation visit, I took note of the specific body areas you'd like to concentrate on and created a personalized training folder where we will log all your goals, workouts, measurements and progress.   Every 30 days, we track your results through measuring your inches lost, body fat percentage and recording your weight. Through these measurement sessions, I will be able to determine if and when we need to adjust your training program.

Now this brings us back to the first step where you take the initiative to make your health and fitness priority.  I am here to assist you on your journey and only a simple contact away 24/7. Why wait? Your health is important. Get started today to have yourself looking and feeling your best.


Personalized Training

Everyone's body is different and, therefore, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to training. I take the time to listen to your wants in order to develop a customized strategy that works best for your specific goals. I am passionate about your training and do everything in my power to keep you on target to achieve your goals. I offer  1/2 hour and 1 hour, one-on-one sessions in my private training studio. In this comfortable and fully equipped environment, you're able to train without any distractions and others watching. Through choosing the right resistance and cardio training for your specific target areas and focusing on the correct form, you will see results quicker than you could have imagined.  Your personal training don't have to stop at the studio, I would be happy to assist you in creating exercises to do at home to keep you pushing forward.

The path to fitness is enjoyable and rewarding, but that doesn't mean there won't be difficulties along the way. I am available 24/7 for you to contact me. Additionally, I send out motivational emails Monday through Friday to inspire you to keep working hard. By building a personal relationship with you and sticking by your side, I let you know that you are not in this journey alone.

I'm proud to be a well-rounded trainer and to have worked with people from all walks of life. My programs are Taylormade to each of my clients individual needs. My training has included individuals with bad knees, bad hips, heart conditions, fibromyalgia, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, arthritis and other ailments. Regardless of the client, I strive to be more than just a trainer. I strive to teach and provide you with the knowledge  to continue on this path of a healthy and fit lifestyle. I teach the science behind the exercises so that you get the most out of your investment in fitness.
