Everyone's body is different and, therefore, there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to training. I take the time to listen to your wants in order to develop a customized strategy that works best for your specific goals. I am passionate about your training and do everything in my power to keep you on target to achieve your goals. I offer 1/2 hour and 1 hour, one-on-one sessions in my private training studio. In this comfortable and fully equipped environment, you're able to train without any distractions and others watching. Through choosing the right resistance and cardio training for your specific target areas and focusing on the correct form, you will see results quicker than you could have imagined. Your personal training don't have to stop at the studio, I would be happy to assist you in creating exercises to do at home to keep you pushing forward.

Additionally, I send out motivational emails Monday through Friday to inspire you to keep working hard. I'm proud to be a well-rounded trainer and to have worked with people from all walks of life. My programs are Taylormade to each of my clients individual needs. My training has included individuals with bad knees, bad hips, heart conditions, fibromyalgia, quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, arthritis and other ailments. Regardless of the client, I strive to be more than just a trainer. I strive to teach and provide you with the knowledge to continue on this path of a healthy and fit lifestyle.
